Happy Summer Months! What a great time for getting in those extra cardio workouts! Try and join the up and moving crew on Saturday mornings at the track (6:45 a.m.) followed by Kick and Strength class at the church.

 

 

Please commit to a 1,2 or 3 class/week payment option at the BEGINNING of each month. All payments will be due by the 2nd Monday of each month. Thank you for your attention to this. My accountant will be so happy. : )

 

JULY Schedule: Please note that we will not have class on the 4th; ALSO, we will meet at the track the July 7th/9th due to VBS at the church. July payments are as follows: 1 day/week: $24; 2 days/week: $40; 3 days/week: $48.

ATTENDANCE BONUS:

 

*Each month through November (December is always a free month)*

 

Come to class the number of allotted days in which you signed up and receive a free class credit for the next month.

 For example: If you sign up for two days a week (in April that's 9). Come for nine classes (doesn't matter which days name and keep track. This can add up to almost $40 cumulative savings for you anthey are). Receive a $5 credit for May. I will be having a sign in sheet so you can check off your d hopefully be a small encouragement for attendance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tips for Success!

 

 - STICK with the program!

- INCREASE your resistance! I cannot stress this enough!!!!

- ADD cardio on off training days

- BUDDY up with another class member and keep one another accountable to attendance, diet, and intensity.

- PUSH yourself to the max in class! Focus on breathing, lifting, and moving!
